As per the Immigration Procedure 2065 and its Chapter 8.7 the following category of visa needs transfer as per the regulation and the fee accordingly:

If the passport is expired and you got new passport but the visa was stamped on the old one needs to be transferred to the latest passport received before your departure date.
If you got the travel document issued from the respective embassy also needs the visa stamped on it before the departure.
